Voyago is currently recruiting for a Billing Clerk in London, Ontario. Your Role Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, and working closely with the Accounting team, the Billing Clerk is responsible for processing all aspects of Checker processing, NEMT ride closeouts, and related reports while answering all customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies. Primary Responsibilities: Billing Price and close NEMT rides Run the wait time/weekly/exceptions proof Reconcile NEMT Independent Contractor statements Add cash trips to NEMT Independent Contractor debit memos Processes C/C payments for Checker invoices Mail Checker invoices to PAP/Corporate customers Processes and reconciles third party credit card
