Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve: You’ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. You’ll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through M&A. Types of projects you’ll work on include fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture, operational excellence, synergies and helping clients integrate and separate businesses across all functions.
