Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve: You’ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. You’ll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through M&A. Types of projects you’ll work on include fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture, operational excellence, synergies and helping clients integrate and separate businesses across all functions. Whatever issues you’re solving with your client, you’ll work with inspiring leaders who will help you achieve your goals and be your best. You'll quickly develop business acumen,
as well as core consulting, project management, and coaching skills. What you’ll bring to this role: Skills & Education: Enrolled in post-secondary education, preference will be given to students entering their third year of study Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills, with data and analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting) to synthesize complex information into clear,
actionable insights. An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients Working Style A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives Building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust by sharing and collaborating effectively with others Ability to adapt easily while demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities Display examples of alignment with PwC Values: Acting with Integrity, Make a Difference, Care, Work Together, and Reimagine the Possible Location & Other Requirements You’ll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC) This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract. We'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement.
