E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Utility Person at Weyburn branch. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck, and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will support the branch operations by assisting with equipment presentation, facility upkeep, and day-to-day operational needs within the service department. Considering a career as a service technician, this is a outstanding position to learn! The primary responsibility of this position will be to work with the Service Technicians to assist with their tasks. Being a hand to the entire Service department, this person will ensure parts are available prior to a job being started and assist in maintaining a clean work environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• High School Agriculture Equipment Technician Level 20/30 level credit is an asset.


• Pre Employment (Certificate program) training in Heavy Duty Construction Equipment mechanics.


• Forklift experience is considered an asset.


• Experience with large equipment is considered an asset.
