The Innovation & Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day research activities of the innovation team and for financial coordination across the program. Key responsibilities include providing support in areas such as grant submissions, completion of ethics materials, data collection and analysis, general ledger and payroll reconciliation, daily logistics to ensure that project objectives are met and project stakeholders are supported, manuscript drafting and other duties as required. Reporting to the Program Manager, the incumbent will also support the implementation and evaluation of innovation projects across Bruyère. Main duties and responsibilities Innovation Coordination Activities Coordinate the day-to-day activities related to innovation projects Conduct training and provide technical support to project stakeholders Work with hospital staff on the many day-to-day tasks required to implement and evaluate innovation projects Provide staff and patients with training on new technology Provide hospital staff with support when piloting an innovation Provide support on the development and implementation of project learnings (knowledge
