Become a key player in our operations as an AIOps and SRE Engineer at RBC. You'll be designing, implementing, and overseeing systems to ensure reliability and performance.
This role involves operational ownership across multi-platform systems, including incident management and automated self-healing solutions. You will utilize AIOps tools, develop recovery procedures, and ensure compliance with security requirements while enhancing system reliability through effective monitoring and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incident detection, triage, and resolution processes
• Implement AIOps strategies and optimize monitoring tools
• Develop and maintain essential runbooks and recovery follow-ups
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible and scripting
• Troubleshoot data pipelines and integration workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in SRE or Systems Engineering
• Experience with ITSM processes via ServiceNow
• Robust knowledge of APM tools like Dynatrace
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server administration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
