Spectrum Resource Group is seeking seasonal support staff to assist in reforestation efforts. Candidates should have at least two seasons of tree planting experience and possess a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, organizing equipment, and participating in safety meetings while maintaining a robust commitment to safety and teamwork in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support crews and assist the Reforestation Crew Leader
• Conduct quality inspections and worksite audits
• Organize and maintain equipment throughout shifts




• Participate in daily safety meetings and assessments
• Load, unload, and transport seedlings properly
Requirements:
• Minimum two seasons of tree planting experience
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver's License required
• Preferred BC Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification
• Willingness to work in a remote setting from early May to mid-August
• Ability to carry over 50 pounds physically
