Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible at transporting goods from one location to another in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This includes loading the goods into the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items, following designated routes or instructions, and delivering the items to the correct address. Delivery drivers are also responsible for maintaining their vehicle, handling paperwork or delivery documentation, and sometimes interacting with customers upon delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently drive to specified locations, following delivery instructions and routes.
Load, secure, and organize materials for transport, ensuring proper inventory and storage.
Maintain safety regulations, including checks on fire extinguishers and winter safety measures.
Deliver goods, ensuring accurate documentation (receipts/signatures) and customer satisfaction.
Perform facility upkeep, including grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ensuring cleanliness.
Maintain a clean and organized yard, ensuring proper storage of materials and accurate inventory.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper storage and organization of materials and equipment.
Perform facility upkeep, including grounds maintenance, snow removal,
and ensuring cleanliness around the complex.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and occasionally 100lbs.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid DZ license ARZ driver’s license (preferred) (CVOR may be required) and forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Experience in a fast-paced, outdoor, and physically demanding work environment, such as construction sites, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities, where safety, organization, and teamwork are prioritized.
Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety regulations.
Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment, perform physical tasks, and work in various weather conditions.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Wage Range The hourly range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $29.00 and $33.00 per hour. However, the wage offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
