In this seasonal role, your responsibility is to provide outstanding service as a Ski Rental Shop Attendant at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. You will assist guests in selecting and fitting their equipment while maintaining the rental shop’s gear. With your can-do attitude and experience in skiing, you will meet the needs of guests and help them have a outstanding time on the slopes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and fit skis and snowboards correctly
• Keep equipment in top condition through waxing
• Ensure guests use gear appropriate for their size
• Handle transactions using the POS system smoothly
• Help the Rental Shop Supervisor with daily tasks
Requirements:
• Background in ski operations is an asset
• Experience in ski maintenance and repair preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Communicates well with guests and colleagues
