Anthem Properties is seeking a property accounting skilled with 2–4 years of experience to manage payments, distributions, and funding requests across a portfolio of properties in Metro Vancouver. The role focuses on cash flow modelling and forecasting for multiple asset classes.
You will develop and maintain 10-year cash flow models, forecast capex and operating costs, and deliver analyses to the Asset Management team and investors. A CPA trajectory is a plus.
