Reporting to the Individual Practice Manager or Supervisor, this position requires advanced expertise in regulatory processes and procedures. You will analyze registrant data, assess compliance, and monitor the implementation of practices while ensuring high-quality oversight. This analytical role is crucial for continuous improvement within APEGA’s engagement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze registrant data for compliance and accuracy • Perform quality checks on registration determinations • Develop improvement recommendations based on data trends • Communicate trends and opportunities to stakeholders • Conduct investigations into compliance issues
Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma; degree preferred • 5-8 years of relevant administrative or regulatory experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aptify systems • Robust understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks • Capable of independent decision-making and risk assessment
