Key Responsibilities:



Client Experience & Styling Build complete outfits and recommend add-ons Develop strong, lasting client relationships Achieve individual and store sales targets Drive average transaction value and units per sale Stay informed on product knowledge, fit, and trends Store Presentation Support visual merchandising and floor standards Operations Assist with inventory accuracy and receiving Support daily store processes and organization Supervisor Responsibilities (when applicable): Lead the sales floor during key hours or in management’s absence Coach team members to improve performanceSupport scheduling, task delegation, and execution Assist in purchasing.
