This Intermediate Accountant will engage with various finance teams and report directly to the Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Manage and review accounts payable coding and invoice processing
• File and analyze tax remittances like GST/HST/QST




• Create commercial real estate leasing activity reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in real estate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
