Position Overview

Monarch Child & Family Therapy Inc. is a multidisciplinary child-focused clinic offering pediatric occupational therapy, child & youth psychotherapy, parent coaching, and family support services. Our mission is to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that helps children and families thrive. We are expanding our services to include comprehensive psychological assessments and specialized child psychology services.

A pediatric occupational therapist
Four child/family therapists
Strong community reputation
High demand for assessments & diagnostics

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (psychoeducational, ASD/ADHD, mental health)
Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families
Create diagnostic reports with transparent recommendations
Consult with parents, teachers, physicians, and other providers




Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team

Requirements
Registered with the Psychological Association of Manitoba
Experience working with children, youth, and families
Training in ASD/ADHD assessments preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
