Title: HCA, Long Term Care Location: Williams Lake, BC Hours: 40 hours weekly, 7am to 7pm Pay: $30/hour T4, $35/hour incorporated Responsibilities Assists residents with activities of daily living and delivers personal care services in a manner that promotes choice, involvement and participation to the greatest degree possible Assists delivery of meals, housekeeping, laundry and therapeutic recreation programs Be resident-centered in your approach and model our values in all your interactions with the public, team members, residents and their families Participates in the delivery of social, recreational and therapeutic programs including group activities, outings and special events.



Qualifications Graduate of Health Care Assistant program from a college recognized by the Post- Secondary Education Commission. Registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry. 2+ years experience in senior care or long-term care Current CPR training certification Current First Aid certification Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
