Job DescriptionYou will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s energetic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. Reporting to Director, Corporate Affairs, this role is responsible for executive and employee communications, employee experiences and events, top employer awards program, intranet and leading communications supports for key initiatives such as fund launches that drive the business drive forward.Key AccountabilitiesLead internal communications strategy, executive messaging and company-wide employee communicationsOwn intranet strategy, governance, content and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experienceDrive top employer awards program in partnership with HRLead organization and execution of exceptional employee experience including company-wide meetings, volunteer experiences and special eventsSupport external communications, including media relations, product launches, and key business initiativesPartner with internal and external stakeholders and deliver best-in-class communicationsLead, coach and develop the Employee and Community Affairs teamWhat We Are Looking ForUniversity degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Political Science, Business, or a related field,
