The successful candidate will ensure that service standards are met or exceeded, maintain health and safety compliance, and provide support to both staff and management. This role requires excellent customer service skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise janitorial staff at assigned locations, providing guidance, training, and supportConduct daily building inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintainedAssign daily work tasks and monitor completionAssist with employee performance reviews and appraisalsEnsure staff compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning supplies and SDS sheetsServe as a point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service updatesAttend weekly operations meetings and report on site performanceSupport management in hiring, onboarding,
