Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Board on strategic planning
• Manage operating and capital budgets effectively

Requirements:
• Master of Library and Information Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of progressive library experience
• At least 3 years in public library management
• Knowledge of Ontario public library standards
• Strong communication and financial management skills
