Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise pool users for safety during shifts
• Educate on water safety and proper swimming techniques
• Maintain safety gear and inspect pool areas regularly
• Respond immediately to any emergencies in the facility
• Provide swim instruction, ensuring participant skill development
Requirements:
• Valid National Lifeguard Certification
• At least 16 years of age
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C with AED
• Swim Instructor certification needed for teaching
• Pass a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
