We are looking for a Night Building Attendant who can ensure community safety and comfort at Amica. This casual position involves monitoring the building, assisting during emergencies, and providing excellent communication with both residents and visitors. You will help prepare the setting for daytime operations through diligent housekeeping and maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor building safety and security overnight
• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries
• Clean and maintain lobby and office areas




• Responsively address emergency requests
• Conduct daily housekeeping assignments as needed
Requirements:
• High school education required (Grade 10 minimum)
• Preferred experience in hospitality or senior care
• CPR and First Aid Certificates advantageous
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Capability to perform physical tasks like lifting
