You will be responsible for overseeing the performance management framework supporting the Future Aircrew Training program. Lead the performance management framework’s development and maintenance
Integrate diverse data sources for performance measurement
Validate and report KPIs and performance metrics
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress tracking
Support customer performance review cyclesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years in project management and performance analysis
Experience with data integration and visualization tools
Solid communication and organizational skills
