You will be responsible for on site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification. This is a hands on leadership role requiring solid technical roofing knowledge and the ability to manage crews in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily roofing operations on assigned projectsLead and direct roofing crew members and subcontractorsPerform and assist with hands on roofing work as requiredEnsure work is completed in accordance with project scope, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local building codesMaintain production schedules and report progress to managementConduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety proceduresInspect completed work to ensure quality and workmanship standards are metCoordinate materials, equipment,



and site logisticsMaintain accurate project documentation including photos, daily logs, and job reportsPerform end of day and end of job debriefs with management and crew membersCommunicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and project managers as requiredPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious experience as a roofing foreman or lead rooferStrong knowledge of roofing systems including shingles, flat roofing, and related assembliesAbility to read and interpret plans and scopes of workStrong leadership, organization, and problem solving skillsAbility to meet production targets while maintaining quality and profitabilityEffective written and verbal communication skillsSkills Physical Demands and CompetenciesAbility to work in extreme weather conditions including heat and coldAbility to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periodsAbility to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heightsAbility to lift and carry roofing materials and toolsExposure to noise levels common on construction sitesAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law#J-18808-Ljbffr
