Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the Slot Department and staff performance • Ensure compliance with gaming operation policies • Maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information • Facilitate team training and establish work standards • Resolve guest disputes with Casino General Manager guidance

Requirements: • 5 years of prior management experience required • 5 years of customer service and cash-handling experience an asset • University education or equivalent casino experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Additional training in management and customer service is a plus
