In the role of Floor Leader, you'll work 20-29 hours a week while supporting the Store Management Team. Your expertise in driving sales and training the staff will enhance both customer satisfaction and team morale. Engage directly with customers to foster a positive shopping atmosphere and strengthen brand loyalty through ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by coaching the sales team effectively
• Deliver world-class customer service and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics




• Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience
• Supervisory experience, including coaching and training
• Knowledge of skincare and natural beauty products
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience
• Versatile schedule for retail hours including weekends
