About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Green Municipal Fund and Climate Programs. This executive leadership role is pivotal in establishing and delivering the vision and strategy for the fund and its associated climate programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic evolution and growth of these initiatives, ensuring they yield significant climate, economic, and community outcomes. Key responsibilities include portfolio strategy, investment and program management, and fostering relationships with federal partners, municipalities, and other stakeholders. The role demands a visionary and purpose-driven leader with a proven track record in leading complex organizations, driving growth,



and managing financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in diverse organizational environments, and the ability to balance innovation with long-term sustainability.

The Managing Director will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to leverage the organization's capabilities in governance, finance, risk, operations, policy, communications, and member engagement. They must be an influential and team-oriented leader, capable of fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and championing accountability and continuous improvement. Experience in working with governments, municipalities, or other public-interest partners is highly valuable, and fluency in both French and English is a solid asset.
