Mel's Pharmacy is seeking a Part time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Craik, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering quality patient care
Greet customers and answer phone calls professionally
Assist with prescription entry, labelling, packaging, and medication preparation under supervision
Receive and stock medications and supplies, monitor inventory, and assist with audits
Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and properly dispose of expired medications
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, insurance claims, and prescription transfers
Assist with daily pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications
Previous retail pharmacy experience is an asset
Experience with Kroll and prescription data entry is an asset




Pharmacy Assistant certification/training is an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift boxes
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Schedule
Part time, 28 hours per week
Store hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shifts are typically scheduled within these hours
