The Lead Park Ranger position requires individuals dedicated to outdoor public safety and compliance from November 2026 to March 2027. You'll coordinate park programs, engage with visitors, and assist in managing wildlife and campground compliance.

This full time role demands work in various shifts, ensuring safety protocols and excellent communication skills are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead Park Ranger programs at the site
Engage positively with park visitors throughout the park
Conduct compliance activities, including self-registration checks




Provide educational messages and respond to public inquiries
Assist with administrative and safety reporting requirements

Requirements:
High school diploma and one year of relevant experience
Current First Aid and CPR Level “C” certification
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with minimal demerits
Criminal Record Check prior to employment
Knowledge of Alberta flora and fauna, or outdoor skills
