Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual management of major construction and infrastructure projects in Vancouver, BC.

The role will work closely with the project delivery and commercial teams, providing day-to-day contract administration, cost management, change control and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have robust practical experience working with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders and will be comfortable managing commercial matters in a live project workplace.
