Join Geo Spectrum as a Facility Operations Manager where you will ensure the protected and effective management of facility infrastructure. This position is essential in maintaining compliance within a secure manufacturing setting.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Compliance and Assets, leading preventive maintenance, renovations, and capital projects. Your focus will be on strategic planning to mitigate operational risks and ensure the readiness of facilities.
Collaborate with internal and external teams while maintaining communication with stakeholders on critical updates.
Manage renovation and improvement initiatives
Address compliance and safety risks
Provide comprehensive reports on conditions and updates
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility management
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
Proficient in budget management
Eligibility for Canadian security clearances
Drive compliance and operational excellence as a Facility Manager at Geo Spectrum.
