A well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its growing team in Lethbridge.

This is an opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong track record of delivering commercial construction projects across Southern Alberta. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, driving schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations from project start-up through completion
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations
Maintain and enforce site safety programs and company policies
Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve delays or site challenges
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and daily logs




Work closely with Project Managers to drive successful project delivery

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects
Robust knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site management best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of Alberta construction safety requirements
Experience managing schedules and coordinating multiple trades
Proficiency with construction management software is considered an asset
