Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows, loaders, and other heavy machinery
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways through various tasks
• Support Foreperson in work planning and inspections




• Assist in safety toolbox meetings and inspections
• Monitor crew quality and address safety concerns
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license
• Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance
• Robust understanding of highway maintenance specifications
• Snow plow experience preferred
• Skilled communication and computer skills
