As part of the Sources team, you will work directly with individuals facing autism and intellectual disabilities in a group home workplace. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, providing aid, and ensuring safety by employing non-violent crisis intervention techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish trusting relationships with clients
Assist clients in daily living skills
