Experience Requirements
5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft business applications (Power Platform + D365).
2–3 years of direct experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) .
Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale digital transformation or sustainability reporting solutions.
Solid background in requirements gathering, solution design, and client‑facing delivery.
Experience integrating Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Dataverse, APIs).
Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams in rapid‑paced settings.
