Our client

Is a national full-service Bay Street law firm located in Toronto.

Responsibilities
Support a broad transactional tax practice across the full lifecycle of transactions.
Advise on private equity, high-net-worth client, and insurance-related matters.
Build both transactional and standalone tax experience within a nationally integrated tax group.

Qualifications
Called to the Ontario Bar with approximately 2 to 7 years of tax experience.
Robust transactional tax background.
Strong technical skills, commercial judgment, and interest in developing a long-term tax practice.
Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by mentorship and growth opportunities.
