Fossil Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Halton Hills, ON to partner with the Store Manager in leading a store team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive results, coach staff, and ensure Fossil’s brand standards are consistently met on the sales floor.
The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure, solid communication, and a team-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
