Key Responsibilities:
Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion
Own Supply Chain components of New Product Introduction (NPI)
Track and report Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) issues




Facilitate OKR coordination and quarterly goal-setting
Produce executive-ready dashboards for project status updates

Requirements:
Over 5 years of program or project management experience
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Experience managing NPI in a hardware setting
Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
High comfort with ambiguity and contemporary tools
