Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative at Grimco is a key member of the territory sales team, responsible for managing inbound phone and chat communications, processing orders, providing exceptional customer support, and collaborating with other sales roles to drive revenue. Inside Sales Reps are the frontline of customer interaction and play a critical role in building relationships, solving problems, and keeping the sales engine running smoothly. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a friendly and energetic demeanor, and a deep understanding of Grimco’s products and procedures. This role is a full time, permanent, in office role located at 490 Elgin Mills Rd E Richmond Hill, ON L4C 0L8. The hours of work are 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.



Key Responsibilities Inbound & Digital Communication: Promptly assist customers via phone, email, chat, and web orders; remain available and responsive across all channels. Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and ensure timely, accurate processing. Customer Experience: Deliver positive, solution-focused service across the entire sales process – from quote or order entry through delivery and follow-up, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Support for Outside Sales: Provide quotes, follow up on orders, communicate lead times, and help fulfill customer needs.
