Inside Sales Representative – SIMTAB Neos We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for SIMTAB Neos, a division of Richelieu Hardware, to support the growth of our industrial operations. Reporting to the Sales Director, Industrial Division, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the outside sales team and enhancing the customer experience by efficiently managing inquiries, orders, and sales opportunities, while actively promoting our value-added solutions. Main Responsibilities of the position are to Provide information and guidance to customers by phone, at the service counter, or via email; Work closely with our outside sales representatives; Process customer orders and manage incoming orders; Respond to, enter, process, and follow up on customer requests; Deliver outstanding customer service; Promote value-added products and services; Keep customers informed about product information, availability, and delivery status; Perform any other duties related to the position.



Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service; Comfortable using computers and common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, AS/400, etc.); Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with figures; Bilingualism (French and English); Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
