In this critical role, you will ensure safe, effective, and resident-focused care within a not-for-profit 232-bed facility. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead clinical operations, compliance initiatives, and quality improvement measures. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide oversight for nursing and behavioural support services • Lead continuous quality improvement and compliance efforts • Manage resident assessments and care plans • Implement staff development and retention strategies • Ensure emergency preparedness and incident management protocols

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • At least five years in leadership within long-term care • Understanding of quality improvement frameworks • Familiarity with compliance inspections and regulatory standards
