Among these responsibilities, you will conduct reviews and investigations into customer and staff claims, including theft, misconduct, aggressive behavior, and policy violations. You will be responsible for monitoring gaming and non-gaming areas, verifying incident details, and providing accurate, unbiased reports to support internal decision-making and protect the integrity of operations. Training is completed on the schedule of a designated Surveillance Supervisor and includes structured instruction, practical application, observation, and ongoing performance assessment. Candidates should note that while they are applying for a specific shift, the four-week training period may require them to work different hours in order to align with their designated trainer’s schedule and ensure full exposure to the position.
