What Youll Be Doing

Fresh Prep is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support the execution of our Ecommerce and Merchandising strategy.

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing our menu, products, promotions, collections, and launches to life on our digital platforms. You will help ensure merchandising activities are executed accurately and efficiently while providing operational support that allows the broader team to focus on planning, optimization, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting menu setup and product creation within merchandising tools


• Maintaining product information, pricing, imagery, and merchandising attributes


• Executing pricing updates, promotions, collections, and featured product placements


• Coordinating product launches and seasonal merchandising initiatives


• Supporting procurement and inventory coordination for product launches and promotions


• Performing quality assurance checks to ensure products and promotions are displayed accurately


• Administering merchandising platforms and tools


• Assisting with merchandising calendars, project tracking, and launch coordination


• Identifying operational process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Success in this role is measured by the accuracy, quality, and timely execution of merchandising initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field






• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy


• Experience working with ecommerce platforms, product management systems, or merchandising tools is an asset


• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams


• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems


• Experience in ecommerce, retail, grocery, food, consumer products, or subscription businesses is considered an asset
