Support client engagements, software development projects and business-process improvement initiatives. You'll gather requirements, document workflows, and bridge business needs to technical teams across government, AI, FinTech and digital-transformation work. Co-op students, recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; write BRDs. Develop process maps, workflows and user stories. Assist with project planning, scope definition and timelines. Work closely with developers, designers and project managers. Support software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare project documentation, reports and deliverables. Required qualifications Degree or diploma in Business,



Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; robust documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred qualifications Experience with software development projects and Agile / Scrum. Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
