Enhance internal communications with Green Infrastructure Partners as a Communications Co-op. Collaborate across HR and teams to draft messages, support engagement initiatives, and manage intranet content.

This role reports into the Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist within the HR team. Key activities include drafting employee communications, publishing intranet content, and collaborating on organizational projects. You will contribute to the enhancement of our communications strategies and ensure transparent messaging throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting emails and announcements for employees
Support content creation for the intranet and newsletters




Coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs
Manage the communications and engagement calendar
Recommend improvements for communication processes

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in Communications, HR, or related field
Experience with digital content creation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
