Duty Manager Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Streamline workflows andidentifyareas for improvement across departments.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management initiatives.

Cultivate solid relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs,

Duty Manager Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of1-3 years of direct management experience.

Solid leadership skills witha track recordof building high-performing teams.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a dynamic setting.

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary:$75,000 - $80,000 annually
