Key Responsibilities:
Provide planned nursing care according to provincial standards
Implement and evaluate personalized care plans
Conduct clinical assessments and maintain documentation

Requirements:
Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
Knowledge in gerontology and rehabilitation is an asset
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
