Thank you for meeting with me yesterday. I wanted to follow up on our discussion. I encourage you to review the Respect in the Workplace and Conflict Resolution courses available through My Learning Link. These resources may provide helpful guidance when navigating similar situations in the future. I appreciate your honesty during our conversation, and I hope you can use this experience as an chance for learning and growth, particularly in managing challenging situations and responses. While I understand and empathize with your frustration, yelling is not acceptable and will not be tolerated in the workplace. It is significant that we continue to work together as a team, treating one another, our colleagues, and those we serve with professionalism and respect. If concerns or conflicts arise in the future, please bring them forward to your manager or supervisor so that appropriate support can be provided and the situation can be addressed constructively. Again,
thank you for taking the time to meet with me.
