Key Responsibilities:
Assess and screen applicants for program entry
Ensure quality assurance of Clinical Field Assessments
Develop policies for evaluator training and assessment tools




Forge essential partnerships for PRA-BC’s success
Provide recommendations to the program Steering Committee

Requirements:
Medical Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience
Background in medical administration, preferably in leadership
Familiarity with the PRA-BC program
Valid license with the College of Physicians in BC
High proficiency in communication and collaboration skills
