Robust leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for mountain experiences are key to thriving in this role. Collaborate with senior staff to manage operations while inspiring your team and meeting financial goals.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards in hospitality and guest service
Serve as primary contact and host for lodge guests
Lead staff performance management and coaching
Maintain accurate guest records and billing systems
Foster teamwork and communication across departmentsRequirements:
Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in hospitality
Valid Food Protected and Serving It Right certifications
Experience with hotel management systems preferred
