Elevate manufacturing processes as a Technical Manager with Pangeo Group's current plant in Vaughan, Ontario. This proactive role focuses on product planning and process enhancements.

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be pivotal in leading the team through the launch of new products while ensuring ongoing production processes are optimized for efficiency and safety. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use your technical knowledge in aluminum die casting and machining to drive significant outcomes.

Additionally, your involvement during the plant start-up will require adaptability and solid leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design new product processes and tooling frameworks
Lead efforts to enhance production efficiency and quality




Coordinate engineering activities with multiple departments
Approve documentations and technical reports
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Over 3 years of technical management experience
Degree in Mechanical or Casting Engineering discipline
Substantial experience in die casting and machining processes
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
Familiar with Microsoft 365 and CAD technology
