Key Responsibilities:
Direct the development and execution of L&D; strategies
Manage and oversee L&D; budget planning and reporting




Foster team performance with solid coaching techniques
Ensure effective governance and decision frameworks
Build internal partnerships to identify learning priorities

Requirements:
10+ years of leadership in L&D; and talent development
Experience in professional services and large-scale initiatives
High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's in a relevant discipline preferred; CPA beneficial
Robust ability to build high-performance teams
