About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Maintenance Coordinator to join their fully remote team, with a focus on overseeing maintenance operations for assets potentially located near Kimberley . This role is critical for scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across a distributed network of equipment. You will liaunt between field technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to optimize maintenance schedules, manage resources, and track work order completion. This is a remote-first position, requiring excellent communication and logistical skills to manage operations effectively, even for projects related to the Kimberley region within the Installation & Maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for field technicians and external service providers.
- Manage work orders, ensuring all necessary information and resources are available.
- Track the progress of maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.




- Liaise with clients to schedule service appointments and provide updates on maintenance status.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and costs.
- Identify areas for process improvement in maintenance operations and implement solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar role, ideally in Installation & Maintenance .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
